3. Move, Lift, and Stay Dangerous
Your body was built to move. If you don’t use it, you lose it.
Strength training at least 3-4x per week. If you don’t build strength, you’re actively getting weaker.
Walk every 2 hours. Sitting all day is slow death. Move or decay.
Sleep 6-8 hours, minimum. No, you’re not “grinding” if you’re sleeping 4 hours. You’re just ruining your recovery, your hormones, and your ability to perform.
You have two choices:
Keep treating your body like an afterthought and suffer the consequences.
